Pizza Oaxaqueña

With the continued influx of Mexicans to New York City, with many of them finding homes and apartments in Brooklyn, it is only natural that the cultural influences of their localities in Mexico would find new forms in the U.S. Pizza is a favorite food in the U.S., and so is Mexican food.
Some creative cooks from Mexico found a unique way to honor the cuisine of the 'melting pot' that New York City can be.
This pizza contains unusual toppings of frijoles (beans), fresh ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, serrano chiles, and chapulines (friend grasshoppers).
Could this be the next big thing in pizza??????
